Massive thank you to everyone who participated, shared, supported, donated or contributed in anyway to the #endsars Protest Art Live Painting! Special thanks to @kehinde_bb and @chigozieobi_ for putting in the great work to make this a success! 💪🏾

All the proceeds from the live painting will be donated to The Feminist Coalition for the INCREDIBLY hard work they do supporting peaceful protests in Nigeria. And all of the works will be put online for viewing as well. Swipe to see some of them (all artists tagged)

Congratulations @eatwithafia on the launch of your cookbook celebrating plant-based cooking and the incredible diversity of Ghanaian food! 🎉

Excited to finally share some of the illustrations I created for the book last year! Food illustration remains my bread and butter (pun intended lol), but now I especially enjoy projects like this, going beyond the individual illustration: working through the broader visual direction, design, and how an idea comes together as a whole. 💫

always excited to work with people or brands looking to translate an idea into something visual, whether one illustration or a much wider creative brief.

The book is now available to order through Penguin Random House or via the link in @eatwithafia ’s bio. 🌱 by @_ayosanusi

Illustration is always my first love but I’m so excited to finally be back in my painting era. It just scratches my brain in a different way.….and it’s been so long: my last painting was finished in 2021 😅 but l’m enjoying the process as it comes #dump taken in New York City by @_ayosanusi

Earlier this month, @toyinojihodutola ‘s exhibition “Île Oriaku” at the @jackshainman gallery closed.

I went to see this exhibition twice and found myself drawn to something new each time, so I’m sharing some of those thoughts on the blog. In summary: details matter and there’s a wonderful balance of ‘fun’ and ‘reverence’ at the same time.
