🎶 “False Confidence” @noahkahanmusic

choreo - @_bethgraaace

Here’s what I shared this past week with my @thebountyhi team, friends, and fam for our showcase night. Three words, OVERWHELMED and OVERJOYED. Although I felt nervous cuz I was the first solo up, the amount of support the team gave to each other that night was something so beautiful. love you so much fam.
Debated so hard about posting this run because it’s not exactly how I wanted to execute it, but needing to remember to be kind to myself too. 🪴 🤍BABA by @_bethgraaace

Disney x Deez knees x a wee bit of Dancing.
A mini recap because 12/23/25 made 1 year since my last op! 🦿🩹

1, 2 - Disney ✨
3 - Animal crossing & friends wondering why I haven’t been dancing much of 2024-2025. It was the summer I found out I had torn both ACLs & a meniscus. LOL
4 - ROUND 1, LEFT knee ACL reconstruction July 2024.
5 - 3 weeks post op collab with @jagip for @thebountyhi WOD piece
6 - gained some mobility and cooked a lil somethin for @thebountyhi mid szn showcase
7 -collab w/ @dezzvreedq while in LV
8 - collab w/ @madisonbadua before I head into round 2
9 - when our piece hit the stage for FTV
10 - ROUND 2, RIGHT ACL reconstruction + Meniscus Repair, December 2024.
11 - Made a lil cameo in the Bounty 5 year reunion piece for all of 15 seconds 💚
12 - Just for fun collab w/ @jagip @isabellaherron
13 - Finally back on stage with The Givers
14 - An overdue collab with bro @jagip

[not pictured, REHAB. it is definitely no joke and so humbling]

Grateful that I had the opportunity to continue supporting the dance community through it all being admin for @villdanceco , assisting with class check-in & class vids, events, choreographing for @thebountyhi, and directing @thegivershi. Thankful for those who checked in every step of the way 🫶🏼 by @_bethgraaace
