The Bokke x Windmühlenmesser Saber is a masterful collaboration with the renowned German knife manufactory Robert Herder, aka Windmühlenmesser. The company has been making handmade knives of exceptional quality and shape since its founding in 1872. Their knives are sold worldwide and have won several design awards.

Merging Bokke’s expertise in sabrage with Windmühlenmesser’s famous craftsmanship, this saber is built to ensure precision and reliability. The blade itself is made from 1.4116 steel; the handle is made of oak barrel staves. Handcrafted in Germany.

A SOLID FOUNDATION

Hi everyone,

A quick update for you all.

We’re on our way to Copenhagen with a car full of goodies. Not only will we be slinging pancakes to fill your bellies and increase your drinking stamina, we’ve also unearthed some vintage bottles from the cellar. See list above, fun times incoming.

Many of you are understandably curious about new beers now that we’re in the middle of spring. We inevitably faced some production delay because of structural foundation issues in our new warehouse.

The one thing good lambic has in common with Belgian health and safety bureaucracy is that it won’t be rushed. So new beer will be ready whenever it’s ready. We’ll keep you posted and if we don’t see you this weekend: stay safe and stay solid.

TIMEOUT

Hi everyone,

It's been a while. The last few years have allowed us to reflect on many things and as we've all seen, we can be put on timeout without much warning.

While it is great to see how all the festivals and events are returning, it shows me how much I miss being there.

I've dealt with a family bereavement and health issues. I'm truly moved by all of the support I've received from all of you.

The primary focus now and for the next few months is settling into my new space. Going back to the essence is what's needed to ensure beautiful blends well into the future.

New releases coming in spring 2024 or whenever the fuck they're ready. Until then, stay healthy and take care of each other ❤️
