La Medicine Collective is pulling up to The Tree this Friday 10/16 at 7pm to share In Xóchitl, In Cuícatl / Flor y Canto / Flower & Song!

This is more than your typical musical performance, this is a way of being together. We invite the community to connect to their heart, mind, body, and spirit as we flow through vocal exercises, rhythm practice, and learning these cantos / music medicine. We will sing & play these songs together as one, feeling into our own voices and the rhythms and poetry of each canto. La Medicina collective hopes you will learn these affirming cantos, feel them in your heart, and remember them to share with your larger communities.

No prior vocal or instrumental experience is necessary. This is an uplifting space to learn and practice! Bring your own rattles and drums (if you have them) along with altar items for the community altar if desired.

You can learn more about what to expect from this joyous event and sign up through the linktree in bio! Questions are welcome in DMs and comments 🧡🌼✨
