What happens when strangers sit in a circle and start singing together?

Nobody teaches you the words. Nobody tells you when to come in. You just listen, and then your voice finds its way in. By the end of the night, it doesn't feel like strangers anymore.

This is what we do. Come sit with us 🙏🏽 #worldmusic #soundhealing

What a gift to share last Thursday with all of you, united through cacao, music, and intention. Thank you @thezuladen for your trust and collaboration in providing the cacao and sanctuary for our growing community.

Thank you @lamedicinacollective for blessing us with your medicine songs and presence. And to every friend who came to receive and support, thank you for being part of this offering. Until the next gathering. 🤲🏽💫

What actually happens in a sound bath?

You lie down. You close your eyes. And then the bowls start.

Within a few minutes, your breathing slows without you trying. Your body gets heavy. Some people feel warmth moving through their chest or tingling in their hands. Some people cry and don't know why. Some fall asleep and wake up feeling like they slept for hours.

That's your nervous system shifting from fight-or-flight into deep rest. The frequencies do the work. You just show up.

No experience needed. No "right way" to do it. You don't have to believe in anything. Just lie down and listen.

If you've been curious, this is your sign 🙏🏽

Save this for someone who needs it. Link in bio for our next ceremony.

What does it feel like to meditate with strangers?

At first it's awkward. Then something shifts. The room gets quiet in a way that feels different from being alone. Your shoulders drop. Your chest opens. You feel held without anyone touching you.

That's what community meditation does. Show up, sit down, breathe together. Something happens when a room full of people chooses stillness at the same time.

No experience needed. Just come as you are 🙏🏽

Tag someone you'd bring. Link in bio for our next gathering.
