COSTA RICA RETREAT🌋✨Jan 2027

POSTS STORIES REELS TAGGED

you’ve been waiting for it… and it’s finally here. 🌿

we are headed BACK to our retreat home in Atenas, Costa Rica — January 23–29, 2027. 🌋✨

last year, we found balance.
this year, we go further in.

The Art of Embodiment is an invitation to stop managing your life from a distance — and actually live inside it. To move, breathe, soften, and feel what’s real.

same mountains. same magic. a deeper practice.

7 days. 6 nights. You, fully arriving.

Spots are limited — $500 holds your place. Link in bio. 🤍

I was reflecting this morning on something a retreat attendee shared in our closing circle this past trip.
He said
“i felt so youthful and young this week and that truly is a gift”. & It reminded me of this dharma talk on the philosophies of Paramahansa Yogananda.
Yogananda says
“The age of the body has no real connection with youthfulness, it is the state of the mind and the expression of the soul that makes a person youthful”
He then defines youth
“Youth is that state of body, mind and soul in which ones feels the acme, the zenith of joy and power.”

Divine life force energy is an exchange ♾️ The Art of Embodiment Retreat, allows so much light to flourish in the mind and the heart space. PURA VIDA🙌🏽
A vibration that can only come from a state of pure soulful, youthfulness. Come be in nature, in practice, in health & in joy with us.

We are approaching our “final call” to those who want to join us in Costa Rica this January. Would love for you to be there❣️

No refined sugar, no inflammation, no regrets 🙃

…said no one on a normal vacation. But this is the Art of Embodiment Costa Rica retreat life — anti-inflammatory meals cooked for you all week + daily yoga so you’re not just eating well, you’re feeling well.

Finding your community at the beach is everything! 🏖️🧘‍♀️

In the latest episode of our "Favorite Things on 30A" series, Greta is taking us inside one of her absolute favorite spots: MYST Yoga. Greta has been coming here for over 10 years, and it's actually where she made some of her very first local friends after investing in Rosemary Beach 15 years ago!

Greta caught up with Brooke, who manages the fitness side of the studio and curates their amazing international retreats (which Greta has attended two years in a row!).

Here is why we love MYST:
✨ The Classes: Gentle Yoga, Hot Vinyasa, Yoga Sculpt, and Mat Pilates—all beginner-accessible!
✨ The Boutique: A custom-curated selection of organic cotton and hemp athleisure, jewelry, apothecary, and more!

Whether you're pulling the plug to move to the beach full-time or just visiting for the weekend, MYST is the perfect place to get active and feel at home.

In GREECE, at a back-to-nature escape. 🇬🇷

Our artistic vision. Our ineffable sequencing. We believe in this work that much. While we pull from many lineages and cultures, most of the time we are off-cuff. Unscripted. Artists in the wild. 🐅

300 Hour : January 15-June 20th
Compelling from the very start.
Out of the ordinary and breaking every myth you had about yoga. 🤓

200 Hour : April 23 - June 20th
What may be the start of it all. Beyond the standards, into the deep. 🌊

Come swim with us 🫴🏼〰️〰️ Registration is OPEN.
