The majority of gyms in nigeria don’t regard smaller kilo plates so as a powerlifter in Nigeria you have to improvise💀. Shoutout to @_ogheneogaga for always helping me get my kilos right💪🏽.

I said what I said. Women already go through their own struggles in the outside world for them to still come into the gym space that should be safe and comfortable for everyone to let off some steam, to still be scrutinized and policed in that same space. It is messed up and unfair. If you lack self control as a man, it is not a woman’s job to adjust her comfort to accommodate that lack of self control. Fix up your messed up mind.
