First time squatting 150kg. I was scared at first, I didn't know I could squat 150kg with one year of been consistent at the gym. Thanks to my spotter who tapped at my back to notify me when to start coming up. Please I need your support guys, follow and engage 🙏.

Joining the gym was a game-changer for me. Fitness isn't just a habit, it's a lifestyle. Make smart choices now and thank yourself later.

You need people who push you to another level.
These guys push me hard.Being told I’m weak changed a lot in me not because I hated the words, but because I refused to stay there.Sometimes they call you all kinds of names to ignite your spirit, just to see you grow. Nothing personal.
Some people hate being called weak; others see it as a challenge. I’m not there yet…. I still have a long way to gooooo 😞😞

That moment right there?
It wasn’t just about lifting 150 for the first time.

It was about all the days I doubted myself.
The sessions where progress felt slow.
The quiet questions in my head asking “Am I really built for this?”

And then there was that voice in the background — loud, proud, unapologetic.
Real support hits different.
When someone believes in you before the bar leaves the floor, the weight feels lighter.

Your first competition teaches you something numbers never can:
Strength isn’t just in your body — it’s in your environment, your mindset, and the people who show up for you when it counts.

This lift reminded me why I started.
Why I keep showing up.
Why I’ll never stop chasing better — not just stronger.

If you’re watching this and you’re scared of your “first” —
First competition.
First heavy lift.
First step into the gym.

Do it anyway.
Because one day, you’ll look back and realize…
That was the moment everything changed.
