Lucky @_butcher_nathan_ is good-looking, because he's a couple of rissoles short of half a dozen. 😂🥩

Does anybody else get this level of intelligence from their local butcher? 😂

Looks like @loveshield and his butcher mate across the pond have decided to challenge us to a butcher battle. 😂🥩

Obviously, @_butcher_nathan_ has never been one to turn down a challenge, and neither have I.

Was chilling out with Seamus from @oconnoragriculture the other day while he was selling some of his beautiful grass-fed and finished beef in Gladstone, when he mentioned how good it would be to have a barbecue.

Well, lucky for him, I'm the sort of bloke who always has a Weber GA in the back of my Cruiser! 😂

And when someone like Seamus makes a suggestion, you make it happen!

Next thing you know, we've got the Weber cranking, cooking up some of his beautiful sausages over ironbark..

Sometimes the best things happen without a plan!

Hope you enjoy this one. Had a heap of fun putting it together! 🔥🥩

⚠️ TRIGGER WARNING ⚠️

It's been a few weeks, but I'm back with my rendition of the quintessential Australian fish and chip shop hamburger with the lot! 🇦🇺🍔

It's not a complicated burger. No frills, nothing fancy, but there's definitely a right way and a wrong way to make one. And obviously, my way is the only way. 😂

If you're putting pineapple on your burger, let me know in the comments so I can notify the police. 🚔🍍

You don't know what I had to go through to get these burger patties out of @_butcher_nathan_ , but we got there in the end!

Served up on the lazy Susan from @theaustralianbrisketboard , and it was bloody fantastic!

🫶 BACK FROM HOLIDAYS 🫶

🔥 Our most coveted customer @dan_boydie_boyd has been missing in action for nearly 3 weeks, I dunno who was more happy to see each other. If we had a frequent flyers program this bloke would of racked up a round the world trip.

That’s not a brisket board…

THIS is a brisket board 😂🇦🇺

Finally got to take proper ownership of my XXL @theaustralianbrisketboard , and what better way to christen it than cutting up a beautiful picanha.

Cooked absolutely bang on medium rare on the Santamaria attachment from @smokey_bbq_bits, rubbed with the Shadow Blend from @saucdlownslow and shared with a good mate of mine. @daniel.anderson85 Doesn’t get much better than that.

Massive thanks to Mitch and the team for making this absolute weapon of a board for me.

Now I just need to find some bigger bits of meat to chuck on this bad boy 😂🔥
