It's been a few weeks, but I'm back with my rendition of the quintessential Australian fish and chip shop hamburger with the lot! 🇦🇺🍔
It's not a complicated burger. No frills, nothing fancy, but there's definitely a right way and a wrong way to make one. And obviously, my way is the only way. 😂

You don't know what I had to go through to get these burger patties out of @_butcher_nathan_ , but we got there in the end!
