Honored to have worked alongside everyone for the project “The man I Love” Short Film by Kai Tan. Everyone was fun to work alongside with and I am blessed to have been able to learn and grow alongside the masters of the craft. This work of art recalls the history of the Upstairs Lounge fire which happened 53 years ago on June 24th, 1973 in New Orleans where 32 people were killed. The city’s filled with history and sometimes we tend to get caught up in today. Congrats to the Astute writer and the team for visionaries along tedious tasks for earning Nomination for the Louisiana Film Prize Festival. by @_calviniii

I had to start over due to a shoulder injury 2 years ago. that time I weighed 215lbs from 180. Bench max was 225 but injury happened quick due to over extending. Just 2 months ago I started with 185 bench and now I’m at 290 Max. I should see 315 easy next month. My goal is 405lbs bench by the EOY. Don’t let your failures get in your head. The matter becomes your mind and whatever the obstacle may be. by @_calviniii

2024 was another year to grow , may the Lord keep the enemies close , keep my head above, and my pride low . Here’s to everyone that stay within the faith. Never shy away from opportunities that present themselves with a fashioned demeanor. Be patient , The struggles is only to keep that dog in you to only process forward. Happy new year *glasses cling* by @_calviniii
