I really appreciate my @otm__fitness family for all of the support‼️Special s/o to my shooter @jay.unktivities 🤝 🎥

First Hyrox competition in the books!! I couldn’t think of a better partner than my brother @b_knuck to get in the trenches with, we both trained so hard to get to this point!! Huge s/o to my gym family @otm__fitness and special s/o to @mike_fitterwithage for the personal training and Hyrox programming. I’m thankful and blessed to have you guys in my corner, this is only the beginning !! It’s UPPP and its stuckkkk #hyrox #hyroxamerica #dallashyrox taken in Dallas, Texas by @_championpapi

My official Solo Pro HYROX debut in New York City. 🗽 I can honestly say this was the hardest thing I’ve ever had to do.

This race did not go as planned but somehow, through 90 degree heat, leg cramps, equipment malfunctions, and even an extra lap 🤦🏾‍♂️, I managed to cross the finish line in 1:25:13 with a 7 minute penalty.(for being short a lap)

Despite all of the obstacles, I’m incredibly proud of myself for refusing to quit.
Don’t be fooled by the videos and reels you see online HYROX is NOT easy. This race will humble you very quickly if you’re not prepared mentally, physically, and spiritually.
With that being said, I’m enjoying this journey that I’m on right now, being a HYROX Pro Athlete. 🫡 New York in the books! Back to the lab I go. Nashville, you’re up next! It’s ME VS ME‼️💪🏾🔥

Imagine not liking me while I’m literally out here running for my life in Zone 5, fighting for oxygen and refusing to get cooked. 😂🏃🏾‍♂️💨
