✨It’s the Little Things✨

Signed up for a 10k, not knowing if my legs would cooperate or not, lol! But when you invest in your health daily you’ll soon learn that the body will do more than you think!

Surround yourself with people whose goals resemble yours… my brother @_championpapi has been very influential in motivating me to keep pushing, no matter how much I say I’m getting old😂

Super shoutout to my gym family @the_roxx_bhm for the workouts that has prepared me to run 6 miles non stop.

I use to run 5k’s, 10k’s and Half Marathon’s like it was nobody’s business… I can still run but now I compete with me and only me! The goal is just to finish!💪🏾

Thank you to everyone that cheers me on and sends me words of encouragement!

Anyone who wants to hop on this workout train, hit me up! It takes a village and a non judgmental community! Love yall!❤️

Thank you @run.magiccity for an amazing race!

Stay away from me if you’re not motivated to keep moving in the right direction.

Growth requires the right environment.

You have to surround yourself with people who are disciplined, focused, and ready to level up.

No distractions. No excuses.
Either grow with us… or watch from a distance.

Don’t ever give up.
Let’s grow. 💚
