At 57 years old, I have realized there are 3 non-negotiables: Sleep, nutrition and exercise.

August coffee table refresh ✨🪴

Switched an antique pitcher for a more modern vase, added hydrangeas from my garden and tied the green colour to this antique bowl.

Loving the serene vibe!

I purchased this antique ironstone bowl at @antiquesoncreek shop in Niagara-on-the-Lake, Ontario.

The pattern is called “Chartreuse” by Mason’s of England. It is adorned with gold and three hues of green and some bits of yellow. I find it ties pretty well with the colours in the painting above the sofa. I love that 😌

Celebrating our 35th wedding anniversary 🎉✨🤍

We were university sweethearts, from two different cultures and different languages… He was the intellectual one and I was the communicator and the idealistic one… And it worked like a charm!

We were asked tonight by our waitress at @joeyrestaurants what it takes to get to such number…

I’d say love (of course ☺️), respect, patience, friendship and definitely good chemistry😉
