πŸ₯βš‘️ THE 500 PLAYER CHALLENGE IS HERE! ⚑️πŸ₯ Lacrosse is such a special sport. It builds confidence. Creates friendships. Teaches discipline, resilience, teamwork, and leadership. And it can open doors that last far beyond the field. That's why we're taking on one of our biggest goals yet: Give 500 young athletes across the United States the opportunity to attend a PRIME 2-Day Camp for FREE. πŸ‡ΊπŸ‡Έ Through our 2-Day Camps, players receive: πŸ₯ 4+ hours of high-level training ⚑️ Hundreds of game-like repetitions 🎯 Individual coaching & real-time feedback 🧠 Mentorship and lacrosse IQ development πŸ“‹ A personalized After Action Report πŸ‘• PRIME training gear πŸ“ˆ A clear plan to keep improving after camp But we're not stopping with the players. We want to elevate local lacrosse programs and grow the game in every community we visit. That's why 5% of registration revenue goes back to the host program, and programs can add an optional FREE beginner clinic for boys and girlsβ€”run by PRIME at no additional costβ€”to introduce even more kids to the game. 🀝 THIS IS WHERE YOU COME IN. Individuals, families, and businesses can sponsor one player, multiple players, or an entire 20-player camp. You're not just paying for a registration. You're giving a young athlete coaching, mentorship, confidence, community, opportunity, and the chance to experience everything this game has to offer. 500 players. One player at a time. One program at a time. One community at a time. ⚑️ Want to help us grow the game? Hit the LINK IN OUR BIO to sponsor a player or an entire program and become part of the 500 Player Challenge! #PrimeLacrosse #500PlayerChallenge #GrowTheGame #YouthLacrosse #LacrosseTraining BecomeYourPrime by @_coachgabe
πŸ₯ WE’RE LAUNCHING THE 500-PLAYER INITIATIVE! ⚑️ Lacrosse is such a special sport. It can build confidence. πŸ’ͺ Teach resilience. 🧠 Create lifelong friendships. 🀝 And open doors that can change the course of a young athlete’s life. That’s why I’m incredibly proud to announce the Prime Lacrosse 500-Player Initiative. 🎯 THE MISSION: Provide 500 young athletes across the country the opportunity to attend a Prime 2-Day Camp COMPLETELY FREE while helping elevate the local lacrosse programs we partner with. Our 2-Day Camps aren't just about running through drills. We want players to leave BETTER than when they arrived. πŸ₯ Hundreds of game-like reps 🎯 High-level skill development 🧠 Lacrosse IQ and tactical training πŸ‘€ Real-time coaching and feedback πŸ“‹ Personalized action steps for continued growth πŸ”₯ Competition and live play πŸ’ͺ Confidence they can carry into their season But the impact goes beyond the players. πŸ‘¨β€πŸ‘©β€πŸ‘§ Parents gain a better understanding of how they can support their athlete's development. πŸ“š Coaches get exposure to new drills, concepts, and teaching methods they can bring back to their teams. πŸ₯ Programs receive additional resources and support to continue growing the game in their communities. This isn't just about hosting camps. It's about creating opportunities. It's about equipping players. It's about strengthening programs. And ultimately, it's about helping lacrosse continue to grow across the country. πŸ‡ΊπŸ‡ΈπŸ₯ And we need people who believe in that mission to help us make it happen. ❀️ If lacrosse has made an impact on your life, help us pass that opportunity on to the next player. Sponsor one player. Sponsor multiple players. Or help us sponsor an entire camp. Every sponsorship puts another young athlete on the field and moves us one player closer to our goal: 500 PLAYERS. ⚑️ 500 opportunities. 500 young athletes given another chance to learn, compete, build confidence, and discover what they're capable of. Let's grow the game together. πŸ₯β€οΈ #PrimeLacrosse #500PlayerInitiative #GrowTheGame #Lacrosse #GirlsLacrosse WomensLacrosse YouthLacrosse by @_coachgabe
Happy Resurrection Day . Today is a special day. Today Christians all around the world celebrate the resurrection of Jesus Christ. This is such a important event in history. . Without the resurrection of Jesus, there could be no forgiveness of sins. . Without the resurrection of Jesus Christ, there can be no life after death . I know, it sounds crazy right. A man coming back to life after dying. That just doesnt sound right with our modern sensibilities. . But, we have eye witness account from over 300 people that Jesus did in fact rise from the dead. . If you do not know what the Gospel of Jesus is about, here is a quick breakdown. . God created the world and everything in it. . His greatest creation was mankind . He gave Adam and Eve a law, and unfortunately they violated it. . The punishment for this break of law and covenant between man and God is death and eternal separation. . Because we all have come from Adam, we where all born with a sinful nature, and struggle with sin everyday. . Sin brings death, and unfortunately there is nothing we can do in our own power to save oueself from the impending judgment of God. . God has to punish sin, because he is perfect in all His ways. . What can we do then to find Salvation? . The answer is found at the Cross of Jesus Christ. This is why his death, burial and resurrection is so important. . Jesus came to pay the price for sin that we could not. God poured all his wrath meant for us on Christ. . Jesus did not stay in the grave, but concurred death with his resurrection. . And now He is risen and lives in glory. . All that put their faith in Christ for the redemption of their sins will be saved. . So, this is why we celebrate! . Jesus Christ is risen! by @_coachgabe
YOU TURNED YOUR HEAD… AND I SAW MY OPPORTUNITY! 😈πŸ₯πŸ”₯ ONE SECOND IS ALL IT TAKES! πŸ‘€ I just dodged Ella, but the play ISN'T OVER! As soon as the defender turns her head or loses sight of the ball… THAT'S MY CHANCE TO ATTACK! ⚑️ HERE'S THE LESSON! πŸ‘‡ πŸ₯ OFFENSE β€” Keep your head up and recognize when defenders lose focus. πŸ‘€ DEFENSE β€” Don't get caught ball-watching or lose awareness of your matchup! ⚑️ REACTION β€” Recognize the opening and make your move BEFORE the defense recovers! 🧠 GAME IQ β€” Great players don't just react to what's happening. They ANTICIPATE what's coming! THE SMALLEST MISTAKE CAN CREATE THE BIGGEST OPPORTUNITY! πŸ’― And that's why we train players to READ THE GAME, not just go through the motions! πŸ‘‡ DEFENDERS! HOW WOULD YOU HANDLE THIS SITUATION?! πŸ‘€ FOLLOW @_coachgabe + @_primelacrosse for more lacrosse IQ, skills, and player development! #PrimeLacrosse #CoachGabe #GirlsLacrosse #LacrosseIQ #LacrosseDefense LacrosseTraining by @_coachgabe
THIS IS HOW YOU CREATE SPACE FOR A GAME-WINNING SHOT! 😱πŸ₯πŸ”₯ SAM APUZZO'S FOOTWORK IS NASTY! 😈 Watch how Sam uses the JAB ➑️ PLANT ➑️ BOUNCE TO GALLOP to create separation, FREE HER HANDS, and bury the GAME WINNER! 🎯 AND IT'S ALL ONE FLUID MOVEMENT! ⚑️ πŸ‘‡ COMMENT "STEP" to get access to my PRIME FOOTWORK & DODGING COURSE! HERE'S THE BREAKDOWN! πŸ‘‡ 1️⃣ JAB β€” Get the defender to react. 2️⃣ PLANT β€” Load your weight and prepare to explode. 3️⃣ BOUNCE TO GALLOP β€” Create lateral separation! 4️⃣ HANDS FREE β€” Use that space to RELEASE THE SHOT! πŸ”₯ GREAT FOOTWORK CREATES GREAT OPPORTUNITIES! πŸ’― You don't need 10 different dodges when you can MASTER the fundamentals! πŸ‘‡ COMMENT ⚑️"STEP"⚑️ to learn the footwork that builds into moves like this! πŸ‘€ FOLLOW @_coachgabe + @_primelacrosse for more lacrosse training! #PrimeLacrosse #CoachGabe #SamApuzzo #LacrosseFootwork #LacrosseDodging GirlsLacrosse by @_coachgabe
STOP WASTING TIME STANDING IN LINE! 😀πŸ₯πŸ”₯ MORE REPS = MORE OPPORTUNITIES TO GET BETTER! ⚑️ One thing I ALWAYS tell my Prime girls is that just because you're waiting for your turn doesn't mean you should STOP TRAINING! I CALL THESE MICRO REPS! 🧠 Let's say we're working on the CROSSOVER STEP ROLLBACK during dodging practice. Instead of standing around waiting… πŸ₯ PRACTICE YOUR FOOTWORK β€” Work on the scissoring motion and turn. ⚑️ GET 1–2 REPS IN β€” Keep it simple and controlled. πŸ’¨ ADD YOUR STICK β€” Coordinate your hands and feet together. πŸ” REPEAT WHILE YOU WAIT β€” By the time it's your turn, you could have already completed 5–6 EXTRA REPS! AND HERE'S WHY THIS MATTERS! πŸ‘‡ Micro reps allow your body to learn the movements WITHOUT the pressure of going full speed or being perfect! You're building coordination, confidence, and muscle memory with every repetition. THOSE LITTLE REPS ADD UP! πŸ’― The players who improve the fastest aren't always doing MORE drills… THEY'RE FINDING MORE OPPORTUNITIES TO PRACTICE! πŸ”₯ πŸ‘‡ COMMENT ⚑️"FOOTWORK"⚑️ and I'll send you access to my PRIME FUNDAMENTALS FOOTWORK & DODGING COURSE so you can practice these movements on your own! πŸ“Œ SAVE this reminder for your next practice! πŸ‘€ FOLLOW @_coachgabe + @_primelacrosse for more lacrosse skills, training, and player development! #PrimeLacrosse #CoachGabe #GirlsLacrosse #LacrosseFootwork #LacrosseDodging LacrosseTraining PlayerDevelopment by @_coachgabe
DON'T STEAL THIS MOVE IF YOU DON'T WANT TO BREAK ANKLES! 😈πŸ₯πŸ”₯ THE CROSSOVER STEP ROLLBACK IS JUST NASTY! 🐍 πŸ‘€ @chloehumphreyy … HOW DID THE GIRLS DO?! Chloe Humphrey executes one of the NASTIEST Crossover Step Rollbacks, and we decided to make this movement one of our BIGGEST focuses at our 2-DAY PRIME CAMP IN MASSACHUSETTS! πŸ‘‡ COMMENT ⚑️"CROSS"⚑️ and I'll send you access to my PRIME FOOTWORK & DODGING COURSE! HERE'S WHY THIS MOVE IS SO DIFFICULT! 🧠 ⚑️ THE SCISSORING MOTION β€” Coordinating your feet to change direction. πŸ₯ THE TURN β€” Rotating your body while maintaining balance and control. πŸ’¨ THE TIMING β€” Combining both movements into one smooth, explosive dodge! For MOST players, this is one of the HARDEST footwork movements to master! It takes time, coordination, and A LOT OF REPS! BUT THESE GIRLS IN MASSACHUSETTS ABSOLUTELY ROCKED IT! 😀πŸ”₯ And once you master this movement… YOU'VE GOT A SERIOUS WEAPON IN YOUR DODGING BAG! 🐍 Want the FULL breakdown of the Crossover Step Rollback and the fundamental footwork that builds into it? πŸ‘‡ COMMENT ⚑️"CROSS"⚑️ and I'll send you access to my PRIME FOOTWORK & DODGING COURSE! πŸ‘€ FOLLOW @_coachgabe + @_primelacrosse for more lacrosse skills, footwork, and player development! #PrimeLacrosse #CoachGabe #GirlsLacrosse #LacrosseDodging #CrossoverStepRollback LacrosseFootwork LacrosseTraining by @_coachgabe

HERE'S HOW TO DO IT! πŸ‘‡ 1️⃣ JAB β€” Jab across the line while keeping your opposite foot planted. 2️⃣ LOAD β€” Slightly shift your weight to prepare for the explosive movement. 3️⃣ PUSH OFF β€” Drive off your planted foot, moving back across the line and stick. 4️⃣ LAND 1–2 β€” Land with a controlled 1–2 step. NO EXTRA STEPS! πŸ”₯ THE CHALLENGE: ⏱️ 1 minute per round πŸ₯ 2–3 rounds per leg ⚑️ Start slow, then increase your speed!
