To our dear friend Vince…

In this first year of Continuum, Vince played a huge behind the scenes role. He is the man responsible for most of the delicious treats we got to enjoy as a crew after our run. I have never heard so many people say, “wow, this is incredible” before.

It started off with Vince letting us know he baked some treats for us to hand out, and turned into a weekly tradition, getting people to stick around after, enjoying good food, and creating new friendships. The quality of baking speaks for itself.

Vince provided food at our Global Run Day event, and showed up to the season ender with a basket full of food and started to fry up his homemade spring rolls. We are grateful for your generosity, thank you Vince.

He is a man of many talents - visit @davinceclub for a haircut as well. by @_continuumclub

Gotta go out in style!!

7 months ago, we embarked on a mission to create a space for others that running created for us. And it has exceeded our expectations.

We can’t thank all of you enough!! What has been brought to life is simply because of YOU. Something larger than running.

See you guys next year 🧢⚡️ taken in McDonald Park by @_continuumclub

As we wrap up our first season of Continuum, we just wanted to say thank you.

What started as an idea between friends became a community because of every person who showed up, brought a friend, introduced themselves to someone new, and helped make Wednesday nights something to look forward to.

To celebrate an incredible season, we’re hosting our Season Closer on Wednesday, September 30 starting at 5pm. We’ll have a 5km run, giveaways, a DJ, yard games, and a few surprises along the way.

This is our way of giving back and celebrating everything we’ve built together before we head into the winter months.

Whether you’ve been here since week one or you’re seeing us for the first time, we’d love to see you there. RSVP IN BIO.

See you Wednesday. 🫶 taken in Kamloops, British Columbia by @_continuumclub

75% sold. 25% left. 🧢

Built for the miles, tested through training runs, long runs, race days, and everything in between. The feedback so far has been incredible.

Seeing these hats out on the roads, trails, and around town has been unreal.

This was always a limited run, and when the remaining hats are gone, that’s it. No restocks. Ever.

Grab yours before they’re gone. 👊
