Not the result I wanted but maybe the one I needed. Learned a lot yesterday. Ready to get back to work and make it happen

If you don’t hate it a little you don’t love it enough.

As we wrap up our first season of Continuum, we just wanted to say thank you.

What started as an idea between friends became a community because of every person who showed up, brought a friend, introduced themselves to someone new, and helped make Wednesday nights something to look forward to.

To celebrate an incredible season, we’re hosting our Season Closer on Wednesday, September 30 starting at 5pm. We’ll have a 5km run, giveaways, a DJ, yard games, and a few surprises along the way.

This is our way of giving back and celebrating everything we’ve built together before we head into the winter months.

Whether you’ve been here since week one or you’re seeing us for the first time, we’d love to see you there. RSVP IN BIO.

See you Wednesday. 🫶

First run back has me reflecting. I have leaned on this message from the beginning, and the art of commitment leads me to searching for what is next for me to become even better. Better as a person, better as a leader, better as an athlete. Stay committed 🤘🏻⚡️

Continuum. Every day we strive to lead from the front, and live by what it stands for - an undying desire for evolution.

If there is one thing I have embraced while having another go at sub 3, it is that I need to be reminded more than I need to be taught.

Reminded that I prayed for times like these.

Reminded that I know I can be more but I am enough already.

Edmonton is nearing, and to be honest, it can take its time. The build is what I enjoy most 🤘🏻⚡️

Built for the miles. 🏃‍♂️

After months of planning and refining, our first Continuum hats are finally here.

We wanted to create something we’d actually wear every day—on long runs, easy miles, race days, and everything in between. Lightweight, comfortable, and made to be put through the wringer.

These hats represent what Continuum is all about: community, consistency, and pushing your limits alongside good people.

Limited quantities available. Once they’re gone, they’re gone.

Grab yours, sweat in it, make memories in it, and take it on a few adventures. 🤝
