Chicken Souvlaki 🐔🔥So by now you should know about our camper van cookout at @north_outdoor_living_and_bbq on the 18th this month we are showcasing all of the things portable that you can chuck in the van and get cooking with on your road trips .. Clementine & Co X 📍BTN So finally got to pay @clementinecobtn a visit for our anniversary and I’m already trying to find another excuse to get back here We had : • Salted caramel expresso martini • Biscoff Expresso martini• Twisted lemon • Bounty Hunter • Bananarma • Bakewell sour • Nuts about nuts • Peach iced tea • Pornstar Martini • Habanero Hitman • Classic Pina colada • Pine Colada Martini We were only meant to go in for one but you know how that goes honestly such a vibe staff were so good and really knowledgeable we were there for happy hour and price I’d say was great , quality of the drinks on point , I didn’t have one bad drink while being here definitely opened my eyes to the levels in the cocktail game 10/10 would recommend 🍹☀️#cocktails #brighton #sussex #crispyeats #brightonandhove by @_crispyeats_

Chicken on the BBQ 🔥One of the most simple things to cook on the bbq all you have to do is take out the spine give it a few scores hit it with some @wearegoodphats and some seasoning for this I used @thesmokeycarter Greek gyro and based it with their Korean bbq sauce I always use my @thermapen to check temperature you want to get your bird up to 68/69c then let it rest for atleast 10minutes .. don’t worry about the temp being “low” it will keep cooking when you rest it TRUST ME !! Tomato Onion Salad 🍅🧅Nice and simple good flavours .. isn’t it all you really need this was the tomato salad I used on my flat bread recipe was nice and cheap to make and really went well but this has some many uses be a shame to save it just for flat breads ..
