Transitioning to off-road racing at eleven, she secured multiple side-by-side titles before discovering drifting at sixteen. Currently, she competes in Formula Drift, driving the #12 U.S. Air Force BMW, and also races in the Extreme E series with the #22 JB XE Racing team.

Gloucester, you were good to us! ⚓️🤍

Most mornings started at 5 AM on the deck overlooking the harbor — quiet, peaceful, with a few uninterrupted hours to create.

Building out Ignition Point programs, working on marketing and operations strategy, and dreaming up new ways to help people and businesses grow. Some of my favorite work happens in those early morning hours when everything is quiet and there’s space to think bigger.

Then I’d shift into full days of Journey Into Power + Level One with Baron — supporting the program and watching people challenge themselves, break through old ways of being, and discover what’s possible on the other side.

And when the work was done each day?

Bare feet on the beach.
New England sunsets.
Lobster for dinner pretty much every single night. 🦞😂

And one pretty perfect evening out on a schooner, sailing Gloucester Harbor — the kind of moment that makes you stop, look around, and really take in where you are. ⛵️

There was something about the rhythm of this week that I loved — time to create, time to contribute, time to grow, and time to actually live and enjoy it all along the way.

Iceland, year two. 🇮🇸
Another week of big skies, wild landscapes, geothermal waters, powerful practice, meaningful conversations—and watching people discover something new in themselves.

There’s something about Iceland that strips away the noise. Maybe it’s the landscape. Maybe it’s the elements. Maybe it’s what happens when you step outside your normal life long enough to see yourself differently.

This year’s Personal Revolution was another reminder that the greatest adventures don’t just take us somewhere new.

They change who we are becoming.

So grateful for this place, these people, and everything this week opened up.

Villasimius completely won us over. That’s why we came back here this summer! Beyond the incredible beaches, it was the rhythm of life that stood out—fresh seafood caught daily, afternoons by the sea, conversations that weren’t rushed, and evenings that seemed to last forever. Everyone is so warm & friendly.

One of my biggest takeaways from Sardinia is that some of life’s greatest luxuries aren’t complicated. Time outside. Good food. Meaningful connection. Rest. Presence.

Sometimes the best souvenirs aren’t things you bring home—they’re the ways a place changes how you want to live.

Lake Como wasn’t just beautiful—it was a reminder to slow down, breathe deeply, and remember what really matters.

Last week was filled with incredible conversations, meaningful connections, deep practice, laughter, growth, and moments I’ll never forget. Watching people step beyond fear and into possibility in one of the most breathtaking places on earth was something truly special.

To everyone who shared this experience with us—thank you. You helped make Lake Como more than a destination. You made it a community. Especially @arvindaayoga @veronica_coduri_yoga

I’m leaving with a full heart, fresh inspiration, and deep gratitude for this adventure.

We spent these last 3 days wandering through canals, taking boat rides through the city, and soaking in all the beauty that makes this place feel like a dream. We visited the Cathedral and Doge’s Palace, which were both absolutely breathtaking — so much history, art, architecture, and detail everywhere you look.

We also made our way to Lido Beach, which was such a fun change of pace after being in the middle of the canals and crowds. There’s something so surreal about going from the historic streets of Venice to the beach in the same day.

And the food… so much seafood pasta. 🦐🍝 Fresh, simple, delicious — exactly what you dream of eating in Italy.

One of my favorite moments was sitting at a café while live music filled the air — violin, cello, and a grand piano serenading us while we ate. It felt like a scene from a movie.

Venice is romantic, artistic, a little chaotic, and completely unforgettable. Every turn feels like another postcard. Grateful for these days, these views, the food, the music, the boat rides, and all the little moments in between. 🤍 taken in Venice, Italy by @_debbiehart

Paris today felt like walking through history, art, and inspiration all at once.

We started at the Musée d’Orsay, surrounded by some of the most beautiful art in the world — the kind of place that makes you slow down, look closer, and feel the genius and emotion behind every brushstroke.

Then we made our way to Notre-Dame, standing in front of something so sacred, so enduring, and so much bigger than the moment we were in. There’s something powerful about seeing a place that has survived centuries, fire, rebuilding, and still stands with so much grace.

Afterward, we wandered through Saint-Germain-des-Prés and stopped at Les Deux Magots — the iconic café where Hemingway, Picasso, Sartre, Simone de Beauvoir, and so many artists, writers, and thinkers once gathered.
My sweetheart Baron wrote his now famous Journey Into Power Sequence here - that later sparked a global Yoga Revolution!

Sitting there, you can feel why Paris has inspired so many people. The beauty, the conversation, the architecture, the art, the history — it all feels alive.

Today reminded me how much the world has to teach us when we slow down enough to notice.

Paris, you are magic. ✨
