I came for the training.
What I’m leaving with is community.

New friendships. New connections. So many conversations, laughs, sweaty practices, moving chairs, learning, listening, and showing up together.

There’s something pretty special about walking into a room where most people are strangers and, only a few days later, feeling like you’ve known each other for much longer.

So grateful for this past week at Sólheimar, for Baron, for every person who showed up fully, and for the reminder that some of the greatest gifts of saying yes are the people you meet along the way.

And ending the week practicing together at Iceland Power Yoga felt like the perfect full circle ❤️

It’s been over a month since our team completed Baptiste Yoga Level 1 in Park City. It was AWESOME!

For these programs, mainly I am the audio/video guy. I make sure people can always be heard and seen…in person and online. What’s amazing about this role is that I am constantly immersed in the training, watching and listening to it all. It gives me a front-row seat to every detail..the breakthroughs, the growth, and the pure energy in the room.

Getting to support and learn alongside incredible leaders like Baron, Debbie Hart, Jaime Pearson (Buffalo Power Yoga), and Andrea Beane (Prema Wellness Club) is an absolute privilege.

I am SO excited for everyone who is in Gloucester, MA for Level 1 this week! Have a blast! 👏 👏
