@_dorcasmichael touring one of our family farms today, but this one comes with a story, in honor of International Day of Peace 🕊️

Peace isn’t just a word for conferences and treaties. It’s what lets a farmer walk to their own field.

No peace, no farming. No farming, no food.

The more time you spend on repetitive tasks, the less time you have for strategy, customer relationships, and business growth.

Automation isn’t about replacing people.
It’s about helping people work smarter and creating better experiences for customers.

If you could automate one task in your business today, what would it be?

When the Speaker of the Australian House of Representatives pulls out his phone for a selfie with the volunteers, you know it was a good day 😇📸

On Monday, we spent the day with the @nohungerfoodbank team showing Hon. Milton Dick MP how vertical backyard farming is helping women feed their families 🌾

And the best part? All it takes is a few pots and a small backyard to put nutritious food on a family’s table every day… Simple, but it changes lives. 🇦🇺🇳🇬

Many small businesses focus on getting more customers, but forgets about what happens after someone reaches out.

What’s one customer experience mistake you see businesses make?
