A memorable moment from last month with @nohungerfoodbank No Hunger Food Bank. 🤝✨

It was a pleasure meeting His Excellency Prof. Dr. Tunji Asaolu, Secretary General, World Congress of Diplomats (UN-WCD).
Beyond the work we do, opportunities like these allow us to connect, learn from experienced individuals, gain new perspectives, and build meaningful relationships that inspire growth and greater impact.

Every connection is an opportunity to learn, grow, and make a difference. 🌍

Through the lens of a No Hunger Champion:

This year’s World Food Day theme comes down to one question: if the world grows enough food, why do 645 million people still go hungry? In Africa, that’s 309 million people. And nearly a third of the world can’t afford a healthy diet 🥘

The problem isn’t only how much food we grow. It’s how we grow, store, move, and price it.

Every point where food is lost, wasted, or put out of reach is a place where a better idea can decide who eats 🍲

Yesterday, I joined the @nohungerfoodbank walk, held in Abuja, Nigeria to raise more awareness of hunger and food insecurity, in honour of World Food Day 🤍

Hunger is solvable, and it starts with simply showing up for the cause - Dorcas Michael, a member of the @nohungerchampions

When the Speaker of the Australian House of Representatives pulls out his phone for a selfie with the volunteers, you know it was a good day 😇📸

On Monday, we spent the day with the @nohungerfoodbank team showing Hon. Milton Dick MP how vertical backyard farming is helping women feed their families 🌾

And the best part? All it takes is a few pots and a small backyard to put nutritious food on a family’s table every day… Simple, but it changes lives. 🇦🇺🇳🇬
