Far from the ending I expected, I am officially done playing the game of rugby. Mentally I have so much more to give but Injuries are a motherfucker. Unfortunately the timings and the healings of mine have been less than ideal. I will not be able to meet the physical demands required to continue my rugby career, tough pill to swallow but end of the road for ya boy. When I look back on my career I have accomplished far more than I ever even imagined was possible! This game has given me so much, but most important of all is the relationships. Countless amounts of relationships came from rugby, so much love for anyone who I got to connect with through this beautiful game. Thank you to everyone who has ever supported me in my rugby journey, hope to continue the growth of this game in the states in another way than just playing. On to the next chapter or life, Love✌🏼 by @_ebake_

$‼️1 YEAR BABY‼️ Hard to believe it’s already been a full year since we started this journey. This video only captures a fraction of what the 4G family has accomplished in year one. Thank you to every athlete, parent, coach, supporter, and everyone who believed in what we’re building. We truly feel like we’ve only scratched the surface. The mission stays the same: change athletes’ lives, create opportunities, and keep pushing the standard forward by any means necessary. Year 1 is in the books. We’re just getting started. 💚 Stay tuned… the best is yet to come. #4G #AthleteDevelopment #Rugby #USA #success taken in Charlotte, North Carolina by @_ebake_$
