Atlanta business owners, stop building your business alone.

At @foundrseco , we're building a community where business owners can have real conversations about the challenges of running and growing a business.

From hiring and managing people to figuring out systems, making difficult decisions, and navigating growth, these are conversations worth having with people who understand.

We're bringing Atlanta business owners together to share experiences, exchange ideas, build meaningful relationships, and learn from one another.

Our upcoming event is invite-only and exclusively for existing business owners.

If you're seeing this as a Trial Reel, join me LIVE on my personal Instagram account to learn more about the event and how to receive an invitation.

We're building a community where you don't have to figure everything out alone.

Some of the smartest people I’ve met have almost no online presence.

They’re building companies, leading teams, teaching, solving problems and quietly shaping the people around them.

Those are some of the social impact curators that dont have the largest followings

That’s part of what I want The Foundr’s Ecosystem to uncover.

Not just the most visible people.

The people worth knowing.

I'm still waiting to find out if I made it to the Top 5 in the pitch competition, but I figured, why wait for the results before sharing this?

So here it is. Six minutes of me pitching Born Rising Achievers, something I've been pouring so much of myself into.

Putting myself out there like this is genuinely hard for me. There's always that little voice wondering what people will think, what I could have said differently, or what I could have done better.

But one thing I'm learning is that I don't have to wait until something is perfect or until I've won to share the journey.

This is the raw version. Just me, my ideas, my nerves, and something I deeply believe in.

Whatever the results turn out to be, I'm proud that I showed up.

Here's to having the courage to be seen while we're still figuring things out.

I don't want “it was so nice meeting you” to be where the connection ends.

I went to Create & Cultivate a little nervous about networking, but one of my favorite parts of the experience was the women I connected with.

And I've been thinking about how easy it is to meet incredible people, admire what they're doing, exchange Instagrams, and then just go about our lives.

I want to be more intentional about that.

I've always believed that celebrating other people is a skill. And sometimes support is as simple as sharing someone's work, making an introduction, or putting their name in a room they haven't entered yet.

So here's my little spotlight on some women I think you should know.

Meet the women:

Taylor-Alexis | @tayloralxs

Seni Yusuf | @itsmeseni

Margi Patel | @adashofmargarita

Ashley | @ashmarieee_

Jenn | @beautyxgenn

Sydney Rose | @iamsydneyrose

Kaycia Rhone | @kayciarhone.co

Take a look at what they're building. Follow their work, share it, book their services, or connect them with someone who could use what they offer.

Sometimes the smallest introduction can lead to something really meaningful.
