Being surrounded by people isn’t the same as being surrounded by people who understand what you’re building.
Atlanta founders, I’m working on changing that.
Comment ECOSYSTEM if you want the invite.

I felt so nauseous before asking this question. Like genuinely wanted to gag.

But I raised my hand anyway.

And that one uncomfortable moment gave me the exact next step I needed to move what I’m building forward.

That’s why I keep putting myself in rooms like this. Sometimes the answer you need is sitting a few feet away, but you still have to be willing to ask the question.

And if you’re a founder, I want more of us in rooms where we can actually talk through the hard parts of building, not just exchange business cards.

That’s exactly why I’m building The Foundr’s Ecosystem in Atlanta.

Only 25 founders will be invited into the room. If you want the invite link and access to the private venue details, comment FOUNDERS and I’ll send it to you.

What a wonderful weekend! I was honored to be a panelist for the “Corporate to Commerce” conversation at the @africanimmigrantcollective Summit, sharing a little of my journey and learning from the experiences of my fellow panelists.

I walked away with so much more than I came with. From conversations about AI and compliance to entrepreneurship, opportunity, and the power of community, there were so many gems shared throughout the summit.

Most importantly, I left inspired by the incredible work AIM is doing to connect, empower, and create opportunities for African immigrants and our broader community.

Grateful for the invitation, the connections, the conversations, and the reminder that there is so much we can accomplish when we learn from and support one another. ❤️

The 25 seats are intentional.

Before DECODE, each founder will identify one real business challenge they want to work through. That helps us curate the room around founders who can genuinely contribute to each other’s problems.

Think less “attend an event.”

More bring something to solve and something to contribute.

Applications for the first room are coming soon.

Comment Eco Chamber to be added to the list.

We asked. They answered. 🖤

At The Table, our photographer went around and asked each woman one question: what are your goals?

The answers said everything about why this room exists. Founders dreaming bigger, saying it out loud, and being met with a table full of women who actually want to see them win.

This is what happens when you put real founders in a real room. No pitch decks. No performing. Just honest answers and people who are genuinely rooting for you.

Want to be at the next one? Comment “TABLE” and we’ll send you the details. 🖤

The Table by FWDher. 🖤

There’s something that happens when you put a room full of women founders around one table. The walls come down. The conversation flows. And strangers become the kind of people who get it.

This night was everything. Every woman brought her full self, her story, her honesty, her heart. We are still glowing from it.

To every founder who pulled up a seat: thank you for making this room what it is. You are the reason FWDher exists.

The next Table is coming. 🤍
