• GIRL YOU'VE GOT TIME!!! •

I had a mini meltdown today. Actually most days!

Because I feel like I'm not doing enough to get my business up and running.

Keeping in mind, my whole schedule has to fit around my kids school hours, so I'm working or planning or recording or emailing all in the morning, then I have school pickups, homework, lunch, meltdowns, arguments, deep chats, dinner, arguments about dinner (vegetables), baths, books, songs, arguments about bedtime, and then back to the phone/laptop to do a little extra planning or emailing.

So today, no school with strikes, I stayed in my pajamas with the kids and done NOTHING for my business (except reply to one email🤭)

And now after 9pm, the guilt monster creeped in!

Then I looked at my calendar, and realised it's been 3 weeks.

THREE WEEKS

Since I launched my business. I've already done so much work! I have 3 regulars in my classes already (thank you 🙏🏼)
I have 2 weekly classes running, I have a date booked for my first circle (announcement to follow) and all my legal requirements are taken care of.

So yes, that video is genuine laughter. That is me laughing at myself for being so silly. Because really, I'm doing amazing 😍

And I'm so proud of all I've accomplished in these last 3 weeks, and, this whole year for that matter!

So, here's a clap for me 👏🏼
And another for you 👏🏼 (as most of my followers are also wellness entrepreneurs)

• WE DID IT •

I started my dream business 🥰
It's early days and there's lots of work ahead, but I'm so excited to see what this new chapter brings ✨

I've always wanted to have my own business, but never fully knew exactly what I wanted to do.

Now I'm more clear than ever in my vision.

I want to help women reconnect with their Sensuality, Femininity and Inner Wisdom.

Through Women's Circles, Cacao, Yoga, Dance and Nurturing Massage and Energy Healing 🌹
I want to help women feel truly loved, held, and supported as they rediscover and remember their greatness 🫶🏼

My weekly Monday & Friday Women's Yoga classes are up and running in @belarminecommunitycentre and @360hotyoga (studio pictured in video)

My next Women's Circle will be announced in the next few days 💓
Massage & Energy Healing Treatments will be launching in December or January 🌹

• WOMENS CIRCLES •

As you all know, I'm a big fan of women's circles, and love to hold my own.

I want to share with you where I trained to become a Women's Circle Facilitator 💕

Which was with @aiste_anandi founder of @circleofwomenglobal

This training was such a pivotal moment for me and my journey, as it really helped to shape where I want to go and who I want to serve within the wellness and spiritual space 🌹

If anyone has ever considered joining a women's circle facilitator training, this one is absolutely amazing. Even just for yourself, to learn the depths of feminine knowledge around menstrual cycles, feminine archetypes, holding safe containers, and connecting to your divine feminine through rituals and ceremonies. It's a beautiful journey that every woman should go on✨

• REALITY CHECK •

When your massage table becomes your work table🤭
Starting a new business is a lot less holding space and a lot more holding on to my sanity!

The parts that nobody sees: admin, enquires, bookings, creating content, tracking everything.

It's easy to look at the finished post or show up to the calm yoga class for an hour and think this is an easy job, but let me tell you.. it's not!

If I didn't believe in myself and what I have to offer, I would not put myself through this challenge, opening myself up to all of my insecurities, wounds and shadows 🫠

But I do believe in myself. I do believe in what I have to offer. And I know what a difference this work has made in my life. So I cannot sit back and not share it with as many women as possible 💖

And so, I will sit at the massage table, doing the hard work that nobody sees, so that it's possible for me to hold space for women for as long as I can 🌹

• A LOVE LETTER TO SEPTEMBER •

This month has brought so much GROWTH!

I made room for joy and fun, spending more time with friends and going to concerts (Hilary Duff & Westlife, both amazing shows!) ✨

Collaborating with business's that are so close to my heart and support me endlessly ❤️ @saoroexperience

Officially becoming Self Employed and registering the FEMININ WITHIN trading name 🔥

Starting my Women's Yoga Classes & Offering my Energy Healing Treatments! 💕

Posting videos on YouTube, overcoming my fears of visibility and perfectionism in order to take the steps I need to for my dreams 🫶🏼

As we entered 2026 in the year of the horse I made a promise to myself that this would be the year I finally just GO FOR IT!
Stop convincing myself I need just one more training course or certificate before I'm ready and just jump in head first.

This month, I took huge steps forward, faced so many fears, and showed younger versions of myself that I can show up and honour myself and my goals 💕

I've been called today to really stop and show gratitude for all that I already have, and this month alone has given me so many blessings and opened so many doors 🙏🏼

From the bottom of my heart to everyone who follows, likes, shares, supports and cheers me on..

• PURE JOY •

Holding space brings me so much happiness.
Whether it's a yoga class, a women's circle, or a massage treatment.

Witnessing women express, share, feel, be present, and connect fills my heart with so much joy.

As someone who struggled to fit in all my life, I was told I was too emotional, too sensitive, not tough enough.

Being able to give space to women to be exactly that, exactly who they are, without telling them to be something else, heals that younger version of me.

And reminds me that, for all the people that will pick you apart, there are so many more that will help put you back together.

Starting this business and opening myself up to hold these spaces is scary and vulnerable, but also so important to me. As I want as many women as possible to feel what I have felt in these types of spaces.

Seen, heard, and held 💖

My yoga classes are on Fridays in @360hotyoga
with another location coming soon, and my monthly women's circles starting this October 🫶🏼
Online offers will be available too for those who live further away ✨
