The Saoró Practitioner Directory is an online space for people to find holistic practitioners within their area in Ireland, and a space for practitioners to list their work and get seen! There are so many incredible people offering many different modalities throughout the country, such as energy healing, breathwork, yoga, massage, reflexology, sound healing and so on. Check out our directory to see who is in your local area! Every so often we like to spotlight a practitioner from the directory, to highlight their work and get them seen! This week we have the wonderful Jess Paget from Feminine Within in the spotlight. Jess’ work involves women’s healing, helping women reconnect to their sensuality, femininity and inner wisdom. For contact details, visit our directory on saoro.org. ❤️❤️❤️ #holisticpractitioner #wearesaoro #community #womenshealing #saorocacao

Behind every class was a teacher who gave so much more than an hour on the timetable 🤍 Our yoga teachers, Pilates instructors and facilitators brought their knowledge, passion, kindness and years of experience to every session. They created spaces where people could move, breathe, laugh, rest, heal, connect and simply be. Thank you for showing up with such open hearts and sharing your gifts so generously. You are the reason Yoga Fest feels the way it does ✨ To every teacher and facilitator… thank you for bringing your magic to Yoga Fest 2026. We can’t wait to do it all again 🧡🌿 #yogafest2026 #yogafestireland #yogacommunity #irishyoga #yogaireland
