I am still processing the whole thing about this medal. I am super proud of my self for always pushing through. Such a beautiful Medal earned my hardwork and pure dedication. I was always war ready, I knew the race was gonna come with a lot of fun, ups, downs and many other things a lot of will not see coming. I took things very personally knowing this was not just a race for me alone, but a race to represent who we are as Nigerians. Remember what the last line of what the old anthem says, “…..PEACE AND UNITY” I got personal items and I packed a bunch of things people will be needing like, ice pack, water, drinks, balm, PCM, flagil, reflective tapes, extra socks, bread, yoga mat, a cooler filled with cold water and drinks again. When we say Community, i believe we mean family as well. So that why I had to think of others not just my self. It was my first attempt for a marathon and the highest I had ever ran was 30km which was quite a lot of km apart from my target for the night. I always have a trick of staying bumped and active before the race just so I can kick the emotions aside. So I just kept vibing to songs while I went to pick up my fellow runners for the race. Reality Check !!!!! A quick cute picture before the ugly moment came upon me. If you like my pants please reach out to @the_avora_shop for yours, thank you. At this point my energy was high and I was not having it for anyone willing to distract me from my run. Any time y’all see KEEM just know it’s serious business 😑 sadly he does not like to be tagged. This was a pack filled with slow paced runners like my self, KEEM, @_kha_leelah_ @adesewa__x all from @milesmashers @ire_dit2 is such a sweetheart. Baby girl was not running with us but check in on me in the middle of the night to know how the run is going. She was the first to wish me happy Independence Day by the way. Y’all say a thank you to my little cutie friend @ire_dit2 for being a sweetheart. But still I was still not having it. I was trying to lock in. This was me utilizing the run and walk method strategy during this run. My legs were cooked at the point but I had to still finish what I started. Salute to by @_ffuuaadd
Disclaimer !!!!! What ever footage you find of me online aside all this I posted, please note that it’s a generated clip by AI 🌝. My energy is determined by the event. @6000sec_fitness @big_benfit @bigym_ng @decisivesound @fittrackers_rc by @_ffuuaadd
I really am not sure about what I want to write as caption, but I know is impulsively do this and I enjoy them more than things I have planned for. In few hours I prepared for my very first social run and it was worth it. I like good stuffs so this is me saying thank you to the people that put this event together, they replaced night club with night run. @fittrackers_rc @big_benfit @6000sec_fitness @bigym_ng @decisivesound Thank you my friend @qt_cookie_ for bringing me out of my space. by @_ffuuaadd

Sincerely many people don’t know how to express love or just show how much they love someone with out using AI or sending already formulated message “Broadcast” Let me show you a little something because there is plenty love at home and before that there is mad self love in the body and soul. Hello Fuad, Hope your day has started off greatly and i believe you are having a great day at work. I just thought to check in on you and wish you a happy new month. I will be so ungrateful not to acknowledge your unwavering support, care and kindness towards me in this past few months. Funny enough you have been a great and good guy ever since I knew you but you just have small FRA which I can deal with. This is huge for me to say but I love you my guy and God will bless our friendship for we are the most unromantic, annoying, realest and loving friends ever. See you soon and be a good guy always. Cheers ❤️. : : God knows if I was an X chromosome eh! Damn!!!! STANDARD ………….. #love #lazyfriends #selflove #expression #dobetter by @_ffuuaadd
