“Then I heard the voice of the Lord saying, “Whom shall I send? And who will go for us?” And I said, “Here am I. Send me!” Isaiah‬ ‭6‬:‭8‬

This summer I nervously stepped onto a plane not fully knowing what God had in store and came home completely different.

Brazil showed me a new culture, others’ stories, and revealed a God who’s constantly moving in every corner of the universe. Over a week, we had the privilege of spreading the gospel and sharing Jesus’ love. I watched lives change. Mine included.

I came into this trip with a fire in me, but it was only mild; nothing compared to what it became. This trip took that small flame and turned it into something burning brighter than it ever has before.

It reminded me that comfort was never the goal, obedience is. And He has bigger plans for us than the ones we settle for.

“Do not conform to the pattern of this world, but be transformed by the renewing of your mind. Then you will be able to test and approve what God’s will is—his good, pleasing and perfect will.”
Romans 12:2

I’m feeling so blessed and grateful for this trip and the people who walked it with me. Praise the lamb 🐑💗
