We are back with more Snail Shell Action figures, this month has been packed with releases!
We are taking a look at the Summer Operation version of the tactical maid Tokiwa Kazune!

Originally released in her tactical maid outfit, we continue with the maid theme in her summer operation version, dressed for a beach mission!
Coming with new face plates, a new hair style, and cloth goods we get a few options of posing this figure, from a more modest tactical version, to a bikini style, all the way to a completely bare body ready for customizing!
Compared to the original, we get more expressive faces, a default smiling face, and a embarrassed look that adds a lot of character to Kazune that we did not see in the tactical dressed version.
Snail Shell Continues with the Rapid Assault series characters having special vacation versions of their figures, with almost every release so far having some sort of beach or casual wear outfit.
We have a few great accessories, the magnetic bonnet, a ultra fine detailed pistol with removable magazines, holsters for the equipment, and that very nice see through beach jacket, theirs a lot of value for the great price this figure was offered at.
But i think the best hidden feature of this figure, is that you can completely strip down all of the accessories, leaving behind a blank body ready to be customized. Currently everyone uses Aileen for custom clothing, but we have another contender with Kazune!
Definitely worth checking out, If you already have a few RA series figures, Kazune would make a excellent addition to the rest of the relaxed wear versions!

We are back with another Snail Shell Review from the RPG series, Snail Shell has skipped a few numbers and released the RPG-09 Jar Monster!

A very unique and special figure, at first we notice a simple Jar Mimic monster, but when unboxing and into our hands, i gotta say, these new features, this is the future of Snail Shell?
With a magnetic eye, that can be reposed with the hidden magnet at the bottom of the sword accessory, Snail Shell, that made its mark in the action figure world with pose-able eyes, once again flexes on the competition by updating the eye tech with magnetic posing!

Snail Shell figures have always been modular, able to swap parts between similar body styles, and the Jar Monster's entire gimmick is swapping out parts to transform it into a jar mode, or its tall skinny monster mode.

I have to wonder, was this a one time experiment with Snail Shell? or are they looking into adapting magnetic eyes into their other figures? Modular parts aren't very common, but at least with the RPG series, even Angela had extra body parts to swap out, i can only hope that Snail Shell is moving in a direction to give us more parts to customize our figures with.

The figure itself is so much fun to pose, with its skinny limbs pushing the limit on Snail Shell style of articulation, and at its low price, even getting a few to army build wont cost that much either. Its a great desktop figure to pose and play with, and definitely one to pick up, if your curious about all the new tech Snail Shell is experimenting with!

Hey guys we are back with another RPG series Snail Shell figure, with the GN project Wolf making her Fantasy appearance as the Hero Wolf.

Its cool to see older characters get refreshed into the other series of Snail Shell, and the GN project Wolf is a perfect fit for the fantasy setting!

The metallic blue paint used throughout the armor has a nice reflective shine and contrasts brightly with the white sleeves, leggings and cape.
its a very nice looking figure, her appearance isn't too lewd when you factor in that classic fantasy look to female warriors armor, that we see in a lot of other media, and the wolf ears and tail adds in that nice fantasy look to her as well.

With a sword and shield as accessories, we also get a alternate screaming face, that makes her ready for battle poses! Expressive faces are usually rare with Snail Shell figures, so its a much appreciated accessory! Although we do have a limited selection of hands with only the default open grasping hands, and fist and grabbing hands, we dont have any interesting swaps for the hands.

Taking apart the figure to install the shield, belt, or the cape, always is a little scary, especially, having to take the head off or split the figure in half just to install a belt, But again, we are this far into snail shells releases and quality joints has always been a staple of Snail Shell.

The latest Rapid Assault team member shows up at the 4th action figure, the Foxfire Battle Maiden Honoka, in her Swim Suit version!
Although she is named "Swimsuit Ver." this is her first appearance by Snail Shell, and currently has no other version that has been teased or released yet!
Equipped with a tactical bikini, furry fox tail and cybernetic Kitsune mask, we have a unusual load out for this bikini clad soldier, that honestly, matches up with the Rapid Assault series so far, featuring bunny girls, tactical maids, and now a Shrine Maiden.
With an increased price over previous figures, we really take a deep dive into where that extra costs went into, and over the review, it was apparent that it was spent on the extra quality of this figure.

Featuring multiple magnets for the accessories to clip into the body, we have ammo bags and a holster that can easily attach to the figure, not limiting the articulation thanks to the magnets being easy to reposition.

The furry cloth tail, while being a bit of a pain to install, features a metal wire so it can hold a pose, letting you put her into dynamic poses with a realistic quality fox tail. Features like this really make this figure stand out in quality, while still being able to knock out some great poses.

Overall its a great action figure, we dont have much background or lore on these characters, but Snail Shell has been putting out some great original characters, perfect for displaying on the shelf.

Exssrion Studios (also known as CIYUANJUXIANG) Releases their sixth figure, with another entry into the Hoshikawa series with the Magic Sound Angel, Hoshikawa Maomao!

Check out the video review over on my YouTube Channel!

As the second figure I've bought from Exssrion, they are proving themselves with the high quality, high amount of accessories and competitive prices that really make me judge other import figures, because the value Exssrion is offering is insane!

Maomao has a great rock and roll theme to her, with included Angel accessories to giver her a more fantasy style look, you can display her as a rocker type girl, or a angel with a wild side.

Much like Hoshikawa Neco, the spread of accessories is extreme, with a total of 10 swapable face plates, two of them with adjustable eyes, another set of 10 hands each with practical and fun gestures, and even more accessories like her angel parts, and guitar! I really have to say, is putting to shame what other import companies are putting out, at twice the price even!

I'm a fan of blond characters, so i choose this version over the green hair version, but the green hair version wears black, and red, giving it a more devil like appearance. A great looking figure, the sculpt was definitely prioritized over the articulation, but those are just some pains your going to live with, when having long haired figures, but, a double jointed elbow will always be preferred to a single joint.

It's a surprise to me why Exssrion Studios isn't talked about more, these figures have some high quality joints, great articulation, and loaded with accessories, its a wonder why they aren't talked about more. Definitely check them out if your looking for a rock and roll angel to add to your collection!

This awesome split figure pack from Mythic Legions is amazing, using deep blacks, pale white skin, and a ton of accessories, the Nymph and Churel pack has a ton of value going for it.

Review is out on my YouTube!

While Four Horsemen Studios has delved into other more common folklore, the Churel is a legendary vengeful spirit in the female form, known for having backwards feet, known in south Asian folk lore. The figure is very unique, and fits into Mythic Legions undead legions perfectly.

We get some great accessories as well, with the the ghostly white skin of the figure and the alternate fairy head, that match the skin colors of the vampire legion, this set is a great way to add some unique parts to your collection of vampires, since they often get so little releases.

Swapping out the parts on this figure to either display it as the Nymph or the Churel is a lot of fun, with tons of options to choose from, including a cloth cape, with bendable wires that hold a pose!

While we are missing out on the Legions Con alternate heads, the standard version is still very worth picking up, definitely add it to your collection of undead nightmares!

What a insane Knight Builder set from Four Horsemen Studios.

Check out the review over on my YouTube Channel!

With enough extra accessories, this set pushes the amount of customization you can get out of these action figures, with tons of extra parts to spare for other figures.

The cloth tabard accessory is made of some really good cloth, thick, and filled with wires to keep posing, that beautiful silver and gold paint on the armor, and just more alternate head sculpts then you know what to do with, this set really is the ultimate knight set.

Mythic Legions has created some great knight action figures in the past, and we do see some part reuse, but, with all of the options you get, you can really make your own unique figure, and then have a ton of left over parts.

While these are nameless Legion Builder characters, we do have a great background story for the Blue Shield Legion, wit the heroic sacrifice to stop the advancing goblin army, even without a name, we can customize an entire squad with these parts!

We have more goblins back from Mythic Legions, in this deluxe 2 pack set, filled with a ton of accessories, allowing you to customize both of these figures in many ways!

Check out the review on my YouTube!

With some exclusive parts, unique paint, and a ton of weapons and armor, Four Horsemen Studios really went all out with this set, giving a ton of customization options for both the Smaller 2.0 bodies, and the larger 1.0 original size! Thank to the included neck adapters, we get full use of all 4 extra heads that come in this set!

As someone who owns almost every goblin, this set still brings new value to my figures, even though i have most of these parts already, you really cant have enough goblins, and im glad were getting a few here and there to add to the horde.

The best parts on this set are the ones you have to swap out, so im expecting everyone to go through the same trouble of removing the limbs and reinstalling them.
Its a bit daunting, and there is always the fear of snapping the joint, i don't think there's much Four Horsemen can do to make this process any easier, you just gotta really warm up those figures and take your time when taking them apart.

Trees! Resin printed out some large tree trunks, they were super tall so i had to cut them in half, but they came out great for photos!

Since there's no way these massive trees would fit the height of the printer, i cut them in half, then added sockets and pegs in blender so that they could attach to each other later on.

The scale is pretty good, so went forward with a brown base coat, then dry brushing darker and lighter browns, and finally added a bit of green flocking at the base of the tree!
