Skapular the Cryptbreaker is the leader of the Sons of the Red Star and one of the main characters in the story of Mythic Legions! This character was initially introduced back in the very first wave of Mythic Legions figures, and the updated “Version 2” is part of the Rising Sons wave which shipped recently! This second version not only updates Skapular’s main look, it also includes parts to create his alternate “Emir Casparr” persona, as detailed in his new bio:

Skapular the Cryptbreaker left the Congregation many years ago. More interested in a life of excess than in bringing death to the Realm, he established the band of mercenaries known as the Sons of the Red Star. Named after a mysterious celestial body said to bring riches and power to those who worship under its light, the Red Stars have become a wildcard in Mythoss. Skapular has a connection to Attlus from a long ago meeting that helped shape both their lives. That meeting led to Attlus becoming the Noble Bear, while Skapular, and his alias Emir Casparr, became the shadowy force behind many of the Realm’s unexplained disappearances and assassinations.

The following amazing toy photography images of Skapular (and the Emir) are credited to:

"GO FISH!!!"

"I SAID....GO FISH!!!"

Just a little friendly...er...maybe unfriendly game of cards between Duban and the Barbarian, in some out of the way tavern.
I have been working on an idea for a shot with Duban FOR-EVER, everybody had already done such great shots of him with his horse and... just all these great shots, and he is such a fantastic figure...I wanted to do the little dude justice. The wired cape, well ...Manufacturers should just make them all that way...'nuff said on that subject. Paint app, sculpt,....anyway just a top notch fig.

I had a Fantastic time setting this shot up, I thought it was going to be a real beach when I thought it up. Fortunately it went like butter, Everything stayed where I put it and cooperated nicely. It was pretty simple lighting, and a relatively quick set up.

I put a little BTS reel/vid, after the series of shots just swipe till the end.
