We all know it by now, life can be stressful. We all don’t have access to a therapist, but that doesn’t mean you can’t go to therapy.

Not saying our friends and loved ones are our therapist but it’s important to have people in our lives we can be open with and have real conversations about life with.

We are all going through life for the first time and it’s nice to talk about our experiences, both good and bad, that way we can reflect, understand and be better for the next situation we find ourself in.

@j_pang15 and I been having these shoot around sessions since we were kids and make sure to still find time for them whenever we can or need.

I know everyone doesn’t want to sit and talk about serious shit, but find a space that makes you comfortable to do so. For us it’s basketball. For y’all it can be the gym, taking a walk or run, yoga, Pilates, playing games, whatever it is, find what works for y’all.

We started these conversations on the court, but it’s opened up and grown my communication with my friends to talk about anything and everything, anywhere.

We all got a lot on our minds, it’s good to find your outlets so that way you can navigate your thoughts and honestly life.

Maybe it’s a me problem where my younger days in basketball I was always the underdog and counted out but man when I’m hot I gotta finish the game. I love this 💩 too much ❗️

Was I valid for this? 😭
