The paperback of SLEEP comes out next week. It seems surprising that 38 years of thoughts could fit into something so bendy and modestly sized, and yet it also feels like a real book for the first time. I hope some new readers will pick it up! It weighs very little! by @_honorjones_

So grateful that I got to write about Vigdis Hjorth for The Atlantic, but even more grateful that I got to read her books in the first place. More people should. She writes so beautifully about the past and the present and the worst and the best of humanity. by @_honorjones_
