‘Quentin you wee shite!’

Little late to the game but watching @alone_australia season 3 and loving the antics of Quentin the quoll targeted at @corinne_tasmania.. So here’s a little Quentin fan art.

No spoilers though please, realise this is from yonkers ago but still rooting for team Corinne/Quentin! 😄 by @_ingedaniels

The Queen of fun rhyming character driven books is back (and once again has been paired with a truly phenomenal illustrator 🤯).

I absolutely adore Kelly Brodie-Browns books, they always have so much rhythm and Gibbon Glenda Pickleball Contender is no different 🙂.

Inge Daniels done absolutely gorgeous illustrations and the whole story is truly just a masterpiece...my Mum has just taken up Pickleball and she thinks so too 😏.

Published by the awesome team at Scholastic it's a heartfelt, funny must read 🙂.

One of my favourite illustrations from ‘Gibbon Glenda Pickleball Contender’. She won... but was left feeling just a little overwhelmed.

Swipe to see the different stages, from the first quick scribble, to the sketch, refined sketch, and finally, the colour artwork.

In the initial sketch, apart from looking very different, Glenda also looked a little too sad. We tweaked her expression to be less sad and more shell-shocked, which I think works so much better with the humour in the story.

Thank you Tiff (@scholastic_au), for always seeing the potential and encouraging me to push things.

Hurray! Hurray! Gibbon Glenda’s out today!

Luckily @kellybrodiebrown is much better at rhyming and she wrote this amazing, funny, sweet story about Glenda the Gibbon who can’t get enough of winning. I was lucky enough to get to illustrate it and can’t wait to hear what you think of it :)

Thank you @scholastic_au, @kellybrodiebrown and Tiff in particular for trusting me with this. 💜 by @_ingedaniels
