I’m still trying to process today. Fabulous, insane, and completely full of heart. 🥹❤️

Events like this for the Nepal Relief Fund remind me why we do what we do. Having a community that shows up, sweats, and gives back without hesitation is something I’ll never take for granted.

Across 10 erg machines, averaging 15,000m on each, every single person put in their work to rack up an unbelievable 150,000 meters (150 km!) together!

And a massive shoutout to the 25HR boys for stepping up to take on the Murph challenge…..watching you guys sweat it out and conquer that together was nothing short of inspiring. Really grateful for the brotherhood and energy you brought to the floor!

Special thanks as well to Slow Runners Club, Project B.A.B.Y, HMC (Hybrid Miles Club), and Shivani at Tribal Brew Coffee for backing our athletes today.

From a simple coach-client connection to seeing her become an absolute favorite with the whole squad. ✨
Having Reetu back with us for her second visit was already top-tier, but watching how effortlessly she clicked with everyone made the heart full. The squad absolutely loved her, the vibe was unmatched, and she embraced the entire community right back.
Reetu being Reetu, she came with thoughtful gifts, books, and handwritten, customized notes for every single person. Watching everyone read their notes and seeing the pure joy around, was just something else. The time, effort, and heart she put into making everyone feel valued touched .
Fitness may have brought us into the same room, but moments like this are what turn a squad into real close.
