The man in that photo had no idea what was coming.
He didn’t have a coach pushing him. No one told him to start. No deadline. No event. Just a quiet voice inside that said….
You can be so much more than this…
He listened. Then what came is
28kg gone ⚖️ 3:52 Full Marathon debut 🏃 AG Podium — Hyrox Bangalore 🏆 AG Podium — Yoddha Race 🏆 Devil’s Circuit finisher 💀
The weight was never the real transformation. The mind was.
If you’re sitting where that photo was taken tired, heavy and quietly hoping for change.
This is your sign. Start today. Show up tomorrow. Trust the process always.
The best project you’ll ever work on is YOU. #transformation #weightloss #indiafitness #bethechange #bangalorefitness

Congratulations amazing one … I totally resonate with your journey - I've been in your shoes, having lost 35 kgs and progressed from there to marathons and Hyrox (still chasing that podium finish though)!
