Welcome to my silly little world 🌎💫

Swipe to learn more about me and how I got here ➡️

I’ve been very vocal about how much the last 12 months has changed my reality, so I figured it was time for a reintroduction (truthfully… it took me a while to catch up 🙈).

I’m owner and founder of @harmonic_strength where I’ve helped over 175 women transform their lives. I specialize in bridging the gap between our internal health and external results and getting curious about the role our mental health plays in all of it.

I fell in love with raving over the last year! Nothing has allowed me to connect with and self-soothe my inner child like being silly with my best friends. I’ve developed a deep connection with myself and music through it 🥺

I am grounded in my Aquarius energy and you’ll probably find me outside on a walk, hiking the front range or backpacking the national parks!

Want to transform with me in 2025?

If you’re looking for profound and long-lasting results, my 1:1 coaching container is for you ☺️

You’ll break down barriers, heal your relationship with food and get curious about the things that have held you back before.

If you’ve worked with me in the past and need a little less accountability, my Strength program is for you! You’ll check in with me monthly and create measurable progress towards your goals while building your self-trust.

If you’re craving in-person connection like me, look out for retreats I will be offering in Colorado this year 🤭😻

Lastly, I’m so dang glad you’re here!
