Here’s a glimpse into the work behind the scenes for the Jags Women’s golf team as we prepare for a full spring schedule of tournaments.

We’re continuing to perform quality movement patterns with consistent progression while mixing in rotational & mobility work - and the results are showing on the course.

Proud of how far this group has come, and excited to see them compete this spring! ⛳️🐆

No surprise why this is one of the best teams in program history.

Focused - Intentional - Detailed

Multiple guys have seen increases of 2-5mph in swing speed. Excited to watch these men hit shots and make putts this spring⛳️🐆 by @_jacob_sherman

Fall Recap:

Simple work executed at high levels. No flash, just quality work - fast sprints, high jumps, explosive throws, heavy lifts.

We focused on doing the basics with intent, building a foundation and stacking quality days that will carry us into the season ahead. We moved the needle with consistency and purpose, and the progress proves it works.

Proud of this group and excited to see what’s ahead!

To say that I have been blessed by the game of baseball is an understatement. I could not be more thankful for the friends, role models, teammates, and brothers that I have made throughout the years. None of this would be possible without the support of my family, friends, coaches, and teammates. The Lord has allowed me to play this game for many years and make some of the best memories of my life, and for that, I’ll be forever grateful. by @_jacob_sherman
