Melbourne to Sydney. 836km. 11 Days.

There were moments I wanted to stop. Moments where every step hurt, my body was breaking down, and the finish line felt impossibly far away.

But this journey reminded me that we’re capable of so much more than we believe.

I didn’t set out to prove I was the strongest or the fastest. I wanted to show the power of mental resilience - that even in the hardest moments, if you keep putting one foot in front of the other, you’ll eventually get where you need to be.

Along the way, I found a version of myself I hadn’t met before. This was my first multi-day run, and it changed me in ways I can’t fully put into words.

None of it would have been possible without my support crew. They were there before sunrise, after sunset, through every high and every low. They kept me moving when I had nothing left to give, believed in me when I was struggling to believe in myself, and sacrificed so much to help make this possible. This finish line belongs to them just as much as it does to me.

836 kilometres. 11 days. Countless lessons.

This is only the beginning. by @_jamesnaylor_

I’m honestly shocked by what I’ve read. This disgusting behaviour and unacceptable.

Not enough men are speaking up and calling out this appalling behaviour. Everyone involved needs to be changed and punish
