Love challenging myself! Each time I visit, my hike here is different. This was the best I've felt and with more energy than a few years ago. Nature is the best medicine for the body. I always feel so good when I'm immersing myself. When you give your body and cells what it needs, you'll thrive and feel more alive!

What a great day with good friends! We all ran a separate race, and met at the end. I haven't run in any kind of race for over 5 years. Just a 5k, but best one ever. Not only did I run without stopping (I always have stopped to walk) I PR'd! Pretty proud of myself. 😊

Happy 18 1/2 Birthday Oliver!! He's lost his eyesight over the past few months, but gets around great. I just make him feel safe and talk to him so he knows where I am. He's gotten so confident in where things are that it's fun for him to jump up on his obstacles. Love you so much ❤️ by @_janelle_jb

A little hike this morning to get my day started. Was a bit chilly, but I dressed just right. Mt Rainier was there to greet me upon reaching the top. Tree after tree after tree...fallen in the forest.
