Ignite Spokane Seahawks Super Saturday

I missed the Blue Friday social play because we were traveling to Spokane. So let’s call this Ignite Spokane Seahawks Super Saturday.

Confession time. I’ve been holding out.

A part of me passionately believes that sharing is caring. The rest of me felt that in order to do this reveal any justice—timing is key.

The time is now!

As a metabolic fitness SME for over 15 years and redox health coach for 5 of those, I feel a duty, responsibility to inform my clients the benefits of breakthrough, proven science and technology that positively impact wellbeing.

So here goes…

For the next few months—my team of leaders and I are working on THE BEST opportunity to shift a paradigm.

This tsunami has been rumbling towards the shores for 15 years and only a very small number of cellular beings have experienced the phenomenal effects of redox signaling molecules. We are equipped with innovative tech and TODAY (Game Day), armed with enhanced compensation and rewards.

(At this point in the message drop, you are tempted to stop reading and ask ChatGPT. Do yourself a favor—call, text or DM instead so you are not lead down a mysterious rabbit hole.)

Redox plays a fundamental role in cellular communication. Metaphorically, do you want your body to function on one bar of service or five? Me. I want all the bars for improved signaling which results in optimal metabolic fitness.

Three key points of interest that my followers will want to know about my personal testimony:

👉🏽Recovery shortened
Micro tears are repaired before inflammatory response take hold = no muscle soreness

👉🏽Heathy glucose metabolism
Measuring not guessing my blood sugar levels for years and years as a preventative approach, I have maintained stability without shots or pills

👉🏽Hormone balance
The “change of life” (aka midlife) has been a breeze so much so that I didn’t even know it was happening until my ND said what was coming

Woohoo! @seahawks lead by 10-3 at halftime! @malieathedoodle and @loveytherapycat get to watch with their Auntie @_janelle_jb. #GoHawks #12asOne

PS: Yes, our kitty sits and waits on command. She also does shake and other shake.

We did it! @loveytherapycat slayed her first visit today at @urbananimalnw Cap Hill clinic. Other than evidence of flea dirt, common for strays, her exam proved she’s in good health. She got her first set of vaccinations, rabies shot and will get a booster in three weeks. We are waiting for more bloodwork and spay surgery is set for next Monday. Yay!

We had a 4-hour wait after we checked in this morning so we went to the pet store to get a few essentials. While practicing sit and follow-me on leash in the strip mall breezeway, a few people approached us. She is so amazing with every kind of person she meets. Two seniors, two young ladies, and a dude. I didn’t have to do much other than position her for cuddles.

My POFO (positive focus) today is sharing unconditional love of animals.

“Lovely Day” indeed @realbillwithers! I am living your lyrics and my positive focus is the magical energy that my neighborhood offers. Today, like all my fitness sessions at the new Green Lake Community Boathouse at the Small Craft Center in Green Lake Park in Seattle, Washington—the venue provided a beautiful backdrop to host a fitness-focused event both in person and video-conference.

Happy National Pet Parents Day yesterday to my Momma! It’s never too late to sing praises about my person. When she gets asked, “Is she yours?” and she calls me her “Blonde Daughter”; she gets a big chuckle from everyone. If you know @marlinavelasco, my “Mama”, “Mom”, “Mommy”, “Mommmaaaaahhh”, she has the ability to pull a smile out of the most grumpy people. I get to watch while she empowers and mentors others and helps them to believe in their own awesomeness. Pretty cool, I think.

Happy International Women’s Day!

Hey Ladies,

You are loved.
Your are amazing!
You are enough.

Every year on 8 March, International Women's Day is celebrated to commemorate and honour women's accomplishments, raise awareness about gender disparities and discrimination, as well as promote global support for women.

I praise God for all the women He has divinely assigned in my life who love on me, encourage, support, and hold me accountable.

Tonight, I shared my testimony at Seattle Foursquare Church. I am honored to be part of the CR launch T.E.A.M. Although I have overcome a lot and claim victory in Jesus’ name, God is not done with me yet.

Time to rise up!🙌🏾

Do you have personal or business goals that seem far from your reach and you’re struggling, frustrated and wondering if they are worthwhile? If so, I relate. We are diamonds!

Apparently, “a mined, natural diamond is a crystallized carbon structure that is formed beneath the earth's surface over millions (or sometimes billions) of years under the perfect conditions of heat and pressure…

Diamonds are formed naturally in the earth’s mantle under conditions of extreme temperature and pressure. These conditions occur in limited zones about 100 miles or more below the earth’s surface, where temperatures are at least 2000 degrees Fahrenheit and pressure is, or exceeds, 725,000 pounds per square inch. This is the critical temperature and pressure needed for natural diamond formation and stability. The carbon atoms then bond together under the extreme environment, creating a diamond.

Diamonds formed and stored in these limited zones of the deep earth are delivered to the earth’s surface through volcanic eruption. These eruptions tear out pieces of the mantle and carry them to the surface. Only volcanoes that erupt from deep depths will cause this to happen, the average volcano does not.” (Ref Diamond Nexus)

So blessed and grateful…

Thank you again to EVERYONE who set aside time in your schedule to fly, drive, brave the rain, flood warnings and other circumstances to celebrate with Mitch and me during our very special gathering!

Everyone in this photo dump has played a part weather in prayers, love, friendship and being part of our close circle, or in the joys of event planning—we killed it!

Everyone seemed to enjoy the replay video of our Maui wedding vows, ceremonial activities, food and everyone LOVED our sarongs, Barong Tagalogs, flip-flops, Hawaiian theme and island vibe! I mean everyone got leid so who wouldn’t enjoy that?! Haha!

Again, I speak for Mitch and I both when I say that we are forever grateful for ALL OF YOU for your aloha!

Mahalo and na ke Akua e hoʻopōmaikaʻi aku (God bless)!🌺🤙🏾
