Yesterday we laid to Rest my older brother. Another tragic loss. Just another reminded to make that phone call, Send that text. Make that time and meet up happen and be kind always because you never know what people are going through or when your last encounter or conversation with someone is. I lost my mum, dad and Brother and had so much I wanted and needed to with them all...but didnt. And never will now ever. Life gets so busy and we literally forget opportunity's and people because we are so busy. But if you consciously can, try, try and make the most of everyone you love and care for while they are still here because before you know they are gone. It is with great sorrow and hurt that I have to announce, today, just 10 days before making it 2 years since my father passed. My beloved mother! Caroline Thevarakam aka Irene Ruan passed away at Wexham Park Hopspital just before 11am. There is no words to describe how I feel. No words that can describe the pain I feel. No words that describe how much I love and will miss her. I owe my whole life to that woman! Loved me unconditionally from birth till now. Every fuck up made in my life she came and rescued me, I could NEVER repay her. I feel after dedicating over 45 years to the NHS as a Nurse, she deserved to be treated so much better by the NHS. She was a great loving caring Nurse and deserved the same back. Both my parents begged not to be taken to Wexham, ended up there and are now dead. Think I need to move when this is your local hospital. But shout out to some amazing Nurses and Drs in the system trying to make a difference out of what they have been given, But guess I can't change it now. I just have to remember my beautiful mother for who she was, and anyone thats met her knows! the kindest most selfless cutest human. She fought right to the end! So strong! You deserved to reach 100 🥺 worst day of my life 😭 Also I have peace knowing she is now reunited with my father. Until we meet again, R.I.P Mum, Love you forever. Best Mum in the world. 90kg → 75kg.

All my life I thought I hated the sun.

Turns out I was just carrying too much insulation. 🌞😂

Now the body fat's coming down, I can actually sit outside without feeling like a jacket potato wrapped in foil.

Moral of the story: If you're always hot... it might not be summer. 😭

I used to eat salmon.
