38 years of life today. ❤️🙏🏽

Another birthday, but this one feels different.

No parties, no noise, no distractions. Just me, sitting beside my mum and dad, reflecting on their life and my brothers, the years I've lost, the lessons I've learnt and the man I'm still becoming.

Living with ADHD, autistic traits and a mind that rarely switches off, I've spent so many years chasing distractions and forgetting what truly matters.

Sometimes the greatest gift isn't something you receive. It's the moment you finally sit in silence and begin to understand yourself.

I've made mistakes. I've struggled. I've lost people I love. But I'm still here, still learning, still growing and finding my way back to God.

At 38, I don't want more things. I want more peace, purpose, discipline, love and faith.

If there's one thing I've learnt, it's that you don't have to pretend to be perfect to be worthy of love.

Be yourself. Speak your truth. Find people who accept you without judgement.

And never underestimate the power of solitude.

Sometimes, when the world goes quiet, you finally hear what matters. ❤️✝️

Ask yourself that.

Some things are out of our control. Some people are dealt a harder hand than others.

But what really matters is what you do with the cards you’re dealt.

Focus on what you can control. Take responsibility for what you can change. Learn, adjust, and keep moving forward.

In just four weeks, we’ve had 4 amazing runs, welcomed loads of new faces, fitness levels and started building something special a real community. Tomorrow marks one month since I started this run club, and I couldn’t be more grateful or proud of everyone who’s shown up, pushed themselves, and absolutely smashed it week after week!
