Stepping into the year of the horse! 🐴💥🤎💫

Happy new year loves. Whilst I do believe that January is a time to linger deep in our hibernation where we can, just as nature around us is, resting into our rich and fertile soil with reflection and restoration in mind...there is a certain power distinctly felt here...and I know it's not just me feeling this shift. The horse represents growth, strength, energy, positivity; so I'm welcoming these attributes in the seeds that are planted here in this beautiful darkness of winter, without rushing their growth. It will all unfold as it's supposed to.

Within my little holistic healing business, I'm manifesting more clarity, more intentional time/energy management to serve with self-worth and efficiency, more collaboration with wonderful therapists and teachers, more creativity in my offerings. This is also the year I begin my degree in health science, to bring more weight of knowledge to hold you all in safe and informed hands. I really can't wait to continue nourishing my dream. I hope you have the most wonderful year ahead too 💫
