Little photo dump of the glorious loves of my life ✨

Can’t believe it’s autumn already and all the shenanigans that have happened this year so far from my baby sister getting married at the start of the year and all the love and laughter I’ve been surrounded with since then! 🥰

This last year has seen some peaks and troughs in the old brain but thank you to all the people that have been there throughout, making life sparklier and jazzier 😘✨

Lucky to have people who I can PJ up with, laugh and cry with 🥰

U rock. U rule. 🪨. 📏. xx

☀️ Stay hydrated in the heat with this simple homemade refresher!

When temperatures rise, we lose fluids and electrolytes through sweat. This easy drink combines:

🍋 Lemon – adds refreshing flavour and a little potassium
🍯 Honey – provides natural sugars that support fluid absorption
🌿 Mint – cooling, fresh, and delicious
🧂 A pinch of salt – helps replace sodium lost through sweat
💧 Water – the foundation of hydration

Mix 500–750ml water with the juice of ½ lemon, 1 tsp honey, a pinch of salt, and a few mint leaves. Stir well and enjoy over ice.

Short on time? We also stock a range of convenient electrolyte supplements in-store to help you stay hydrated and replenish essential minerals on busy days. 💦 @wholisticrootsandclinic

Save this recipe for the next hot day and share it with someone who needs a hydration reminder! ☀️
