Three Scottish road race titles are up for grabs at Strathaven on Saturday.

Tim Shoreman (Wheelbase CabTech Castelli) heads the open field as he bids to reclaim the jersey he won in 2023, while 17-year-old Melanie Rowe (Private Member) arrives fresh from second at the North Yorkshire Grand Prix and could win both the junior title and the race outright.

Just a few weeks to go until our last event of the season hosting the men's and women's senior road race championships.

Riders have until this Sunday August 9 to enter in order to be eligible for Scottish Championships prizes.

Other prizes on the day will be provided by our excellent sponsors @thegoodcoffeecartel as well as under 23 prizes provided by @watts.ahead

Yes, the Scottish National Road Race Championships will be heading to South Lanarkshire on Saturday 22nd August with the course used for the Drummond Trophy deciding the national titles.

The 2025 Crits at Turbine 53 have been a blast and we're incredibly proud to see familiar faces racing every round, entry numbers continuing to grow, and above all people having fun on bikes!

Massive thanks to the many friends who help us run these events, as well as the Whitelee Rangers, we could not do it without you! 🙏

The events at Whitelee Windfarm have been a blast so far this year and we have one more next week, Wednesday 6th August, don't miss out!

They are the perfect first race if you're wanting to test your fitness after a summer of riding, and a great fun hit out if you're preparing for the upcoming Scottish Championships at the same venue, and everything in between with fun for any level of rider! Any bike with brakes and in good working order is suitable.
