As a “fresh” PT, I always dreamed of completing a residency—one that fit me, my goals, and the right season of life.

I found a deeper passion for orthopedics: muscles, bones, joints, tendons, movement, and everything in between. I realized how much of an impact I could make by sharpening my clinical reasoning, refining my manual techniques, and learning to look beyond the obvious.

Whether my future patient is an 80-year-old grandparent, a 46-year-old weekend warrior, or a 13-year-old basketball player, I want to be prepared to meet them where they are and provide the highest level of care I can.

Now, I feel better equipped to serve my communities and future patients with a more thorough, intentional approach.

But this journey was never mine alone. 🤍

None of this would have been possible without the incredible support system, mentors, colleagues, family, and friends who poured into me along the way.

Grateful for the growth. Grateful for the lessons. Grateful for the people who helped me become the clinician I am today.

And this is only the beginning. 🦴💪🏾
