Honored to have attended the Brooks Symposium and present my research on the role of cutaneous mobility after a Total Knee Arthroplasty (knee replacement). I am forever grateful for the opportunity to contribute to conversations surrounding postoperative rehabilitation, scar mobility, and functional recovery 💪🏾

As an orthopedic resident, I am trailblazing forward towards growing as a clinician and future researcher 🤓👩🏾‍⚕️

Someone recently asked me what a WBW is to me??💜 “The question you can’t skip”😂iykyk: My answer was: “Any woman that is willing to go after her dreams whether that’s being a stay at home mom or neuroscientist. Through all your ups and downs, wins and losses, excitement and depression. You stand on business and do what needs to be done! Never wavering! Also last but not least YOU ARE A 💓GIRLS GIRL💓 #thegirlsthatgetitgetit I pledge too continue on this mission of supporting and empowering women and to grow my platform till I’m able to impact and uplift women worldwide🌍💜

We all know quads are key in ACL rehab. Here is a quick run down of how what graft you have can influence how fast quad symmetry milestones are typically achieved.

Every graft has its pros and cons. Educate, but dont settle for what the “data suggests.” Be Better.

What are your thoughts in graft choice for ACLR?

The Side Lying Arm Bar is easily one of my go to’s for shoulder prep and improving motor control.

2 keys:
- Rest your head on your opposite arm
- Keep the kettlebell shoulder down from your ear.
These compensations allow the upper trap to drive stability of the shoulder rather than the rotator cuff and other scapular muscles.

Try it bottoms up like @kobybalthazor for a tough progression!

The superset we call the Quad Burner 3000.

We are using Blood Flow Restriction with @sujibfr to get a great burn on the quads. Use this as a finisher to really feel those quads burn!
