Final outcome 3rd place!
I can’t say it enough but thankyou to everyone that reached out and wished me luck and to all the people that helped get me here rather it’s to just check in on me, give some advice that worked for them, or to just help keep me motivated!

I am proud of myself because this whole prep I did not miss a meal, miss a workout, miss a cardio session, and didn’t have one cheat meal the entire time. I set a goal of getting back on stage and I stuck to it no matter how hard things got. The only thing left to do is just build and come back better next time! Thankyou all again and I plan on breaking this all down in more details very soon along with what is my plan going forward so stay tuned for that! by @_joeysal

Successful first time at the Arnold Classic! Never felt so small in my life but at the same time never left a place with so much motivation, inspiration, and the feeling of being blessed to be able to meet such amazing people! taken in Arnold Classic - Columbus Convention Center by @_joeysal

I treat the range like I do the gym. I do certain amount of reps and sets of certain drills and then at the end I save a little just to have some fun because at the end of the day if I’m not enjoying what I’m doing I’m not gonna do it.

Probably the hardest thing about working out in the morning is how hard it is to warm up… squats are my fourth exercise I do now to allow my body to properly warm up so I don’t get injured. I do hamstrings first and then leg extensions with some abduction to finally feel primed for a heavier squat session. I was switch back to nights but morning workouts fit my schedule so much better by @_joeysal

Waking up at 2am does suck… I do it because it fits my schedule and it allows me to focus on my workout besides the stresses of a full day of work if I go after. It’s not easy but we have to do what we have to do

Back on track day 7
Tracking weight… step on the scale every day can mess with your head becuse you will see it go up and down especially when you have so many variables in your life. Did you sleep the same amount of hours? Did you drink same amount of water? Did you eat your meal later than normal? All of these little things can mess up what the scale says on a day to day basis but it is still very important to track so you can atleast see if you are going into the right direction. My tip don’t go by day to day but take the weekly average and use that judge if you need to make adjustments to the plan or not.
