“I always thought being strong was like the coolest thing in the world”

Thank you to everyone who believed in me as a coach and an athlete. Most importantly, thank you to every single athlete that I ever coached/took my class/seminar and who trusted me to share with them what I love. Legit nothing makes me happier than teaching and inspiring others to reach their full potential and it all starts with a barbell ❤️

Love a good back squat mirror! 20 reps @ 210#! 😤🔥🐺

This season didn’t end the way we wanted, but the memories and love I have for my teammates will last a lifetime. Beyond grateful for the support this season and couldn’t have asked for a better group of people to go to war with 🩵

Watch @_jordddyyyn and the @nywolveshq in the PLAYOFFS in their first season ever on Oct 3&4 in Lakeland Fl (link in bio). Jordyn has emerged as one of the strongest players in the League. The Wolves are the #1 Seed in the East and mark the first time an expansion team has made the playoffs in their first year (teams that moved have done it, but now expansion teams have). This besides year 1 when all teams were expansion teams. taken in Lakeland, Florida by @_jordddyyyn
